PSI’s recent engagements include prominent organizations such as Make-A-Wish America and the Humane Society of the United States.

Make-A-Wish America engaged PSI to assess various components of the organization and make recommendations on how to best operationalize aspects of its new 5-year strategic plan. PSI was tasked with identifying ways to maximize operational alignment and efficiency, increase revenue, and enhance brand awareness to enable Wake-A-Wish to achieve its strategic goal of granting an additional 17,000 wishes annually. PSI identified strategies for Make-A-Wish to refine organizational structure, enhance organizational systems and infrastructure, and reduce its cost per dollar raised while maximizing revenue from channels with the highest growth potential.

Since 2018, PSI has served as ADL’s primary digital fundraising partner, leading all of the organization’s online fundraising efforts including email marketing, Paid Search and Google Grant optimization, and overall digital strategy. In that time, ADL’s online revenue has grown by 30% at a time when other non-profits have seen largely stagnant digital revenue. Through its work with PSI, ADL has significantly grown its donor file, improved its donor retention rate and seen exponential increases in its online return on investment.
The Humane Society of the US engaged PSI to conduct an assessment of its DRTV fundraising program. Working collaboratively with HSUS staff and vendors, PSI assessed the past performance of the program, established realistic success metrics, and developed strategies to reduce the cost of donor acquisition, improve donor retention, and increase return on investment in the program.
